Using a Hand Made Light Bulb Vaporizer
A good vaporizer is very hard to find at a reasonable price. Most of the people find it very difficult to spend $200 on recreation. In health related matters insurance may not cover these expenses, inhaling smoke may create serious health risk. But it can be very easy to make a vaporizer at home out of the materials used in every day life which can be bought from a nearby hardware store.
There may be several methods of creating a vaporizer, but the method of making a vaporizer with materials of daily use is very common because it is easy to construct and its raw materials are readily available. This method is known as the Light Bulb Vaporizer. In this method the items which are used are mostly lying in houses and are useless otherwise.
The process of making such vaporizer is very simple. The under noted items are required to make it: A plastic straw, a light bulb of 100 watt, a sharp knife or a pair of scissors, electrical tape (duct tape should not be used), a thick pair of insulated gloves, a plastic bottle cap, a soldering iron and a solder.
One has to put on the gloves for making it and a 100 watt light bulb, has to cut off the very last metal rung in the cap. It should be ensure that the cutting is even. While doing this it should be ensure that the bulb is held against a stable surface to eliminate slippage on the metal. It should not be pressed or held tightly. The glass should be shattered after wearing the gloves.
Now knife or scissor should be taken and all the wiring and the fragments inside the bulb should be cleaned off. Nothing should be left behind that could be inhaled accidently, especially small glass shards that can scratch off and are difficult to see.
A few medium sized holes should be cut into the plastic bottle cap, so that there is enough space to pass small herbs through. The bundle herbs should be added to the bulb at this stage. The cap should be bound tightly with the electrical tape to the metal ends of the light bulb, ensuring all the cracks are covered but holes remain open. The light bulb vaporizer becomes ready now. The lighter should be lit and place under the bulb where the herbs are, and should be inhaled from the holes. One can also take a plastic straw and cut one hole big enough to fit into. By using an electric tape it should be bound into the place to inhale the vapors.
It is easy, simple, and much cheaper than the models available on on-line shopping that cost hundreds of dollars. It works very effectively. Though it may not be used for large number of times, yet it can be made conveniently and cheaply. One can lead a healthier and smoke free life after using the vaporizer made by this process.
