Making a Vaporizer At Home
Going out in the market to find a vaporizer for sale, one knows that finding a vaporizer is not a difficult job but the cost price of the same doesn’t sound better. One has to invest at least $60.00 for a cheap dome or pipe. If the same is purchased through on-line shopping, a low quality vaporizer can be had, at much costly rate. An average type of vaporizer can cost not less than $200. Keeping in view of the same reasons in mind one has to think of making own vaporizer at home with the material which can easily be available at a local hardware store at a reasonable price.
The process of making a vaporizer can be downloaded from any search site like Google; Dogpile etc. which gives the detailed information of making the same, but the vaporizer so made don't work effectively. The step by step instructions of making a vaporizer at home are appended below.
1. Collect the following articles:
* Light bulb. It doesn't matters which kind of bulb is chosen, preferably 100-Watt bulb works better.
* A straw or a tube made of good flexible plastic which could technically be used for bending purposes in the vaporizer.
* A good quality sharp knife cutting metals.
* Insulated electrical tape to cover the naked joint wire connections. A duct tape is not advisable.
* A set of thick insulated plastic gloves. Since the bulb is made of thin glass, approximately 15-20 minutes of ON the bulb would make it very hot so these are necessary for precautionary purpose.
* A soldering iron, low melting point solders and flux. These can be had from any electric/electronics shop.
* Plastic bottle cap having. Please ensure that the size of the cap is relatively slightly bigger than the size of the bulb opening.
2. Holding the light bulb gently against a stable surface, the bottom of the metal screw is to be cut off so that it’s one end remains open. Please ensure that the fingers remain safe while cutting.
3. Light bulb should be cleaned carefully, all wiring should be removed from inside by using the tip of the knife, it should be ensure that nothing is left behind, especially glass.
4. Top of the cup should be pierced with knife to make two medium holes on either side, and should be put onto the cut end of the bulb. Keeping in mind the size of the herbs one should plan on smoking. Using the electrical tape, they should be tightly bound so that the holes are not cover, and ensuring that all the cracks along the edge are covered carefully.
5. If the herbs used in the process are small enough to fit in the holes, can be added now if could not be added earlier. The lighter should be lit up after the herbs are dropped into the bulb. The lighter be kept underneath to give heat to the bulb.
